    Webcast:
    Right Campaign, Wrong Customer? Data Analytics for the Marketer

    On October 9th, Angoss in partnership with Hurwitz & Associates talked about how predictive analytics is helping marketers create more effective and efficient campaigns. This webcast covered some interesting marketing uses, including:

    • Response modeling - Which customers will respond positively or negatively to a campaign?
    • Channel selection – For which customers will a phone call be more effective than an email?
    • Pricing - Which customers will respond positively to a price discount?
    • Churn - Which customers that are likely to leave can be persuaded to stay?

    Hurwitz also took some time to discuss their Victory Index Report for Advanced Analytics. The report outlines market trends and what is happening in the world of advanced analytics and big data. The report also named Angoss a “Double Victor” for its go-to-market and customer experience strengths.

    New Software Platform:
    Introducing our NEW 9.3 Workflow Platform

    Angoss is pleased to announce the general availability of KnowledgeSTUDIO and KnowledgeSEEKER version 9.3. The version 9.3 release features a powerful, new workflow platform for building, displaying, refreshing, and reusing analytic workflows. The workflow provides instant visual documentation of analytical tasks and eliminates the need to write code.

    KnowledgeSEEKER and KnowledgeSTUDIO are used for a wide range of applications and use cases including, among others, credit risk scoring, collections and debt recovery, fraud and anomaly detection, customer acquisition, retention/churn, upsell/cross sell, next best offer, customer lifetime value, loyalty programs, human resources applications and sentiment analysis.
